Jul 02,2014I am so thankful that I found this company on line. They are incredible!! The service that I have received has been the best…Two specific gentleman assisted me during my purchase and troubleshooting the flame on the pit. It was because of Erik H. that I went ahead and purchased the Argio coffee table gas pit. I wasn't sure about this product and he made me feel comfortable with my purchase and assured me that if there were any problems, they would assist me. He took a lot of time with me and never made me feel hurried. Keep in mind that I was purchasing a product at their lower end cost wise and I was made to feel that my questions were important and time on the phone was not an issue. Within two days I received a call from Starfire informing me that my table would arrive within a week via UPS. Spot on!! Delivered within a week. My brother in law assembled this coffee table on Sat. It took approx. and hour and a half. Once together, it looked great but we could not get the flame to stay lit. We did all of the troubleshooting but still had an issue. I placed a call and dealt with a gentleman named Lindsey C. He gave me some advise and we did a call back later in the day when my brother in law could be back at my house. Patiently, he walked us through some steps. He was extremely helpful and kind. He was so knowledgeble and was going to help us until we figured out the issue. The problem was solved as we had the glass covering the vents on the side which did not allow for adequate airflow. There are not enough adjectives to post to applaud this company and the fine employees they have. Actually it is the service that makes this company stand above the rest. Thanks you Erik and Lindsey for all your help and kindness. I love my addition to my deck and look forward to showing it off this 4th of JUly!!!!! Kathy

Jul 01,2014Ordered fire bowl glass. Used two techniques to estimate the glass requirement and I came up with what I thought was the for sure solution. Sweet little lady called me from Starfire direct and questioned the size of the order. She did confirm my estimate. Product came on time and they did make a adjustment on the color I ordered. Nothing but good things to say about Starfire direct for sure.

Jun 30,2014Our gas fireplace was in need of a new log set, when we contacted the manufacturer they told us they no longer made them. Their suggestion was to get a new fireplace! Considering the cost and construction involved, I started researching various websites and ran across this one. I saw the larger rocks and loved the look. They are perfect! It makes our fireplace look more modern. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to update their gas fireplace.

Jun 30,2014I had some questions as well as didn't see the kit I was exactly looking for. I called Kim and explained what I was doing and was helped with them modifying the kit to exactly what I needed. Follow up questions were answered also. The burner is 304 stainless to resist corrosion and all of the products are top quality. Strongly recommend buying from them.

Jun 30,2014At first I had some reservations about this type of unit. But as we use it,we realize it is, and has tuned out to be PERFECT for our family room. No to very low odor and is clean burning, throws heat and is comfortably warm and esthetically delightful.Just follow the mounting and safety directions and enjoy!

Jun 29,2014We have a beautiful round patio with a boulder (cut out to have a fire ring in the top! When it was installed the landscaper put in black lava rocks. I have now converted the rocks around the boulder to be white marble chips and the rocks in the fire to ruby red rocks (for an overall Indiana Hoosiers - red & white) look! My friends all want to know the name of my landscaper now assuming he did the great work! Starfire products are great and the customer service I received was phenomenal!

Jun 29,2014After hitting numerous dead ends From Vermont Castings and their dealers, we were left with no parts available for our Chalet Fire-pit. The replacement parts were just not being made anymore and in fact Vermont Castings may be out of business because they never communicated back. While searching for burners, I came across your website and made a phone call to your customer service. The helpful women at the other end of the line assisted me with not only a new burner, but a custom stainless plate cut to fit the chalet. She followed up with my order to make sure I had everything I needed to get our pit going again. Everything fit like a glove, the reinstall couldn't have been easier I only wish I could remember her name as I would like to give her the kudos she deserved. BTW the products perform better then the original. With a more vibrant flame and greater heat output. For over a year I was trying to get the original parts from Vermont Castings and their dealers, in one weeks time your representative had our pit performing better then it ever did. Thank you for the outstanding service and products.

Jun 29,2014We purchased the Largo Moreno Hammered Copper Fire Pit years ago. It has become the centerpiece for our summer outside entertaining. The fire is large and mesmerizing (albeit with no governor on the gas inlet). And Starfire was very accommodating in customizing a copper cover for the glass so that we could protect our kids from their own curiosity. Four years and still going strong, so pretty durable too.
