Jun 27,2014I ordered the "quick ship" fire table and it was delivered in less time than they had originally predicted. They called and kept me informed of the status....when it shipped, when it should be there. The delivery service called ahead to schedule a delivery time. The fire table is beautiful and just as described, or better, in every way! I also ordered the optional lazy susan and although I was a bit surprised at the cost, when it was delivered I found that the quality and design justified the price. It is very substantial and really makes the fire table more functional during the day when we don't have a fire. When we were putting the fire glass in the table, I had a questions and called tech support and got a quick, polite and informative answer. This has been a delight to deal with this company and the table is fantastic!

Jun 27,2014After months of looking online at fire pits, I came upon a really unique fire pit made of wood. Totally different from all the other fire pits I had seen. This fire pit fits my stucco house perfectly! We hardwired it to our propane tank so there is no "refilling" the little tanks. It is so simple to use. On, off, on, off.

Jun 27,2014The glass came earlier then promised and looks fantastic. Over the winter the glass was left open to the elements in our fire pit. I scooped it up and viola! You can clean it and today it looks as new as it did when I bought it. We bought the cobalt blue. It's an immediate eye catcher.

Jun 27,2014The fireplace glass changed the look of my fireplace completely--it went from drab to fab! We love the new look, and the colors accent the fireplace surround perfectly. Our fireplace is now the dazzling centerpiece in the room that we wanted. Thank you Starfire Direct for offering such spectacular products...the choices were so many that it was actually a tough decision and I am now looking at installing an outdoor firepit so I can choose one of your other colors!

Jun 27,2014Was given the run around on availability, and was told shipment would be soon. Then was told, by very nice customer service people, that product was unavailable from manufacturer. Then after nearly 3 mos., called to cancel order and product arrived 1 week later. Hmmm.

I had a lot of questions though about colors and accessories. The people who work there are incredibly patient and knowledgable. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely buy from them again.

Jun 27,2014The first gas Fire Pit we ordered arrived damaged. By the condition of the box it was obviously the delivery company s fault. But the second one was delivered by a different company(not the parcel service) was crated and in perfect condition. This problem was handled quickly and courteously by Star Fire, we love our fire-pit and enjoy it often.
