Jun 28,2014I place an order and the parts were shipped separate . Waiting weeks apart to receive them. Place second order for the glass and the color can back wrong. Not ths same as the first . I kept the glass and placed it in the bottom as a fill so people could not see the difference. Complaint was made and the service is not good. My patio propane gas fire place is beautiful. This is a conversion and I plan on helping my neighbors bill theirs. I would not recommend this company to place orders.

Jun 28,2014We live on a large lake point on Lake Martin in Alabama. It is often very windy. Our fire pit with automatic lighter works very well and relights even with strong winds. The fire pit arrived just as designed and was easy to assemble by the instructions. It looks great and adds to our outdoor enjoyment by the pool and lake. We also appreciated the frequent feedback we received during the ordering process. Great experience and will definitely consider Starfire Direct with our next project. Thanks

Their prices were very reasonable compared to the stores I visited in my search. I love how smooth and watery the effect is when the fire is glowing! After looking around I spoke to their customer service person and she help me order just what I needed. The installation was fairly easy. I would use them again.

Jun 28,2014I called Starfire Direct because my husband and I wanted to install a gas firepit. I had several questions for Lindsey. Lindsey was so helpful and told me exactly what I would need for our gas firepit installation. I was very indecisive about the color of the firepit and the fireglass. I saw an image of the gas firepit I wanted to purchase on the Starfire Direct website and Lindsey did some research and told me exactly what I needed to achieve that look. He even went as far as sending me pictures of the fireglass and a swatch of the firepit color to my phone. I am very appreciative of the time Lindsey spent with me that day. Lindsey went above and beyond to assisting me with my firepit selection. We are very pleased and we also love our legacy firepit!!!!

Jun 28,2014I bought a fire pit and was not disappointed. However, it did not come with directions but I was able to figure it out having gas piping experience. It is very relaxing and tranquil. It does not perform in breezes/wind. I am satisfied with the product all in all. I just had to figure out the fire pit on my own.

The product was available when they said it would be and it was shipped with very careful packaging, in perfect condition. I will buy again from these people!

Jun 27,2014Starfire did not send the aqua glass with the table I was suppose to receive with the purchase. I even noticed on the invoice (before shipment) it was not on there, so I called and he corrected invoice to reflect. Then when I got the table it still was not with the table. I had to call back 2 more times to get it corrected.

Jun 27,2014Called on a weekend with questions. Gentleman on the phone spoke ENGLISH and was very knowledgeable about the products! Fire rock arrived in a very timely manner. It looks great in our patio fire pit. We ordered a little more and service on that was equally as good. I would highly recommend to any friends who might be looking for this type of product!

Jun 27,2014The fire pit looks very nice, however forget about turning the fire on to ant level other than low as it gives out a whistle that gets louder and louder as the heat level is raised ........ The local agent acknowledges that a whistle occurs "occasionally" in these units and sent us the wrong part to rectify it ..... our contractor has given up on them and is hoping his plumber will have some ideas. Right now the fire pit is basically an expensive ornament. I don't know you would become aware of this defect prior to installing and using the unit, so think twice before doing so .....

Jun 28,2014We purchased a firepit for our new home and it had black glass in it. It was OK! Bit we wanted something to give us more color and light . Jumped on line and found Starfire. We ordered the Zircon clear and Diamond clear and we Love the colors that dance around the fire? Now I want my fireplace converted to gas so I can put glass in it and I will definitely be ordering my glass from Starfire. We have already told several family members and friends about you!
