Dec 20,2022The three Stephens’s guys did a great job to pack all our belongings into the truck and to offload it the next day. They managed to navigate some narrow roads and were very accommodating to those who needed to get through.

Dec 20,2022Stephens are a team of highly professional, hard working, polite, flexible and resourceful people. We had a mountain of possessions to be packed, stored and delivered. Plus we had to move over several weeks and over a long distance. Stephens made what could have been a very stressful time go as smoothly as possible. We can not recommend them enough. Many thanks to AJ, Claire, Lee, Ryan, Jamie, Dean, Ryan, Stephen and everyone at Stephens.

Couldn’t do enough for you, helped and were more than happy to be directed, put stuff where you wanted it (and changed my mind a couple of times!!) and they just got things done. Genuinely looked after my belongings and were respectful to me and my property both ends of the removals. Thank you gents. Can’t recommend enough.

Dec 20,2022Our move was complicated by the onward chain... but Stevens were understanding and helpful, and though there was the expense of storage for a few weeks they did their best to get our stuff to us quickly. We had the same team who packed, stored and delivered - they were relaxed, helpful and fun - even in the driving rain of the first day.

Dec 14,202210/10 - I would strongly recommend Stephens Removals. We used them in our last move in August 1997 and again in October this year. Two men arrived with their van ON TIME and started quickly moving large boxes which were packed, then large items, then anything unpacked - they quickly parked themselves into large boxes - they were RESPECTFUL and later in morning 2 men who completed another job early - came and helped the 2 men on our move. What was a very stressful day for us - The Stephens Removal Company made our move with care, support and stress free.

Dec 07,2022So pleased we chose Stephens as our removal company. They turned up late morning the day before the move and loaded up, leaving us everything we needed overnight. They returned around 8am next morning and loaded up the final bits. The guys loading up were so friendly and helpful and made a stressful experience so much better. They took great care of our belongings and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you so much everyone involved in our move. We would recommend Stephens Removals as a caring company from the lovely gentleman who called round initially, to the ladies in the office and the hardworking guys doing the move.

Dec 07,2022Stephens were contracted over two days to pack and move household goods 75 road miles as well as to dispose of an unwanted bed and settee. The service was professional from the initial enquiry through the survey and the removal. The quote was competitive. The same crew of two packed and transported our items. They were pleasant and helpful. When we unpacked, the care, skill and experience involved in the process was evident.

Dec 06,2022Excellent. Removal to storage and back out again 6wks later. Wardrobes didn't fit up new stairs so we're taken apart and rebuilt perfectly. Men were polite and did a good job.

Dec 06,2022I can't fault Stephens removals, they were fun, professional and hard working from start to finish. We had a 1.5 day pack then a 2 hour drive to our new house and they were on the go the entire time. Really made a very stressful move a lot easier!

When I had any worries I was reassured about my concern and they put my mind at ease. My move was over two days and on both days the removals the men were friendly and efficient arriving in time at both destinations. I was so pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend Stephens to anyone thinking about moving.

They made a potentially very stressful event (for my mum, very recently bereaved, old & frail), a very unstressful experience as they quietly just got on with it, & left us all feeling incredibly grateful. Theire experience showed in the manner they carefully packed our cherished possessions and man handled our goods in transit and to their final location in our new property a credit to the company and made our move a memorable experience a great team .would have no hesitation in using Stevens again . Sep 28,2022Everything was going smoothly until completion was delayed by 5 hours. Your staff were amazing Never once did they seem bothered with the delay . By 4.30 we had most of Stephens staff at our new house. And at 5 .17 we completed your team moved us in in under an hour including building a wardrobe . They were amazing and we can't thank you enough

Moving is really stressful but AJ and the team from Stephens were able to take that stress away in a moment with kind words and hard work and within a few hours we had moved. Worth every penny, well done.
