Dec 21,2021Quotation didn’t record information I gave them and now they are trying to bill me for an extra vehicle despite telling them on quotation there maybe an issue with access and again when I rang to book. 4 damaged items and one large item missing. Items were packed with plenty of packing material by myself over a considerable period of time. All they could offer me was a £50 goodwill gesture which is a fraction of what I’ve lost. They seem to view not taking their insurance (costing in region £160) an excuse to just chuck stuff around. Quotations aren’t realistic. On the day it’s a different story. Maybe these guys should do the quotes as well as the moves. As a company with a supposedly good reputation I’m very disappointed with their terrible attitude and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to use them after my experience.

Stephens did all our packing as well as removals & we were pleasantly surprised at how quick & efficiently they worked, even packing glass & china very quietly. Made it a pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend Stephens for all your packing & removals requirements

Sep 08,2021I recently used Stephens removals on recommendation from my daughter in law who had used them previously. I’m glad I did as they made the process of moving a house and container as easy and straightforward as it could be. I used the packing service for the house and the two Martin’s were amazing in their care and speed in emptying the house prior to the move a few days later. On the removal day Liam and his crew worked tirelessly and were always courteous, professional and mindful of what we needed for the day. Moving the contents of the container was equally quick and carefully done. I would thoroughly recommend Stephens for any removals and packing.

From the survey and quote to the last item delivered to our bungalow everything was handled professionally, Lauren handled the admin and the delivery crews were very friendly and efficient in their jobs . On our moving day and getting the stuff from storage, the staff were speedy and efficient and we're able to place items where I requested. Office staff were always available by phone and made the whole moving experience much less stressful. Highly recommended company
