Sep 28,2022The second time we've used Stephens, 34 years apart (we've only moved twice!). Both times excellent service, this time they packed for us too. Can't fault them. Everything went well, and the removal team were patient, even with a 4 hour delay moving in. In fact, as it was so late in the day, other crews rallied round and we had about 16 guys ferrying boxes into the new home. Highly recommended.

The Stephens removal men were helpful , courteous and found solutions to shifting to some of our larger awkward items. When we got to our new house our removal crew were joined by 3 other crews to help with unloading. I have no hesitation in recommending Stephens removals. Thanks for moving us so efficiently.

Mar 09,2022An extremely professional and competitive service, from the initial phone enquiry, through to the survey, the quotation, liaising with the office, packing up and unloading, all conducted in a professional and friendly way. The removals crew were fast but careful when handling the contents of our house and even helped re-position the furniture for us! A great team of lads both days, cheerful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend Stephens Removals to anyone and use again if we ever need to.

Sep 28,2022From the initial contact to the removals personnel leaving our new property I have nothing but thanks for the professionalism, kindness, fun even during the move and how everyone helped was kind and considerate. We had a few issues with our exchange (solicitors on another party) but everyone in the office helped us through it and even comforted over the phone to keep me sane. The day of the moving went like clockwork from Stephens and team work between 2 teams helped it come together with 2 teams helping us move in, as they had helped each other with another moving in. So fantastic to see. Nothing damaged, nothing to much trouble despite dodgy stairs and a few changes of where boxes and mattresses went. And lots of laughter along the way too! Can't thank you all enough, including warehouse and office. I can't recommend highly enough.
