May 12,2021Great service from initial contact in August until we eventually moved in February. Had full packing service which was excellent and took some of the stress of moving away from us. The move team finished packing early on the day of move and didn’t complain when it took until after 4pm to obtain keys to our new property. Unpacked vans very quickly and always asked where items should go if it was not immediately clear. Once we had moved in and emptied boxes they collected at agreed time. Would recommend to anyone

May 11,2021I used Stephens Removal to move me from Luton to Mansfield, they did a full pack up and removal, I must say from the initial phone call to the removal day this company were very professional, friendly and helpful and the removal guys had a good sense of humour. They come highly recommended. Good job stephens.

Professional, efficient, timely, reliable, helpful the list goes on. They packed us and moved us and I would recommend this service to anyone! I actually woke up on the first day in our new home kind of missing them being around! Go Stephens.....if only every business were as good as you!

The team that moved us were very professional and did a fantastic job. We had a few casualties with a few items but the claim was settled quickly without any fuss. Jun 07,2021The guys that moved us were amazing, very quick and efficient, taking care not to knock walls and stairs and lorry loaded up all by lunchtime. Would definitely recommend Stphens removals. Most of our furniture went into storage and the rest transported 200 miles away. No problems and no worries all ran like clockwork. Job well done guys, would definitely use again if needed.
