Dec 31,2024Me & my wife went to stokers chester looking at new beds, it was our intention only to look at the options & go to other shops to see what they had. We went in and was approached by sales advisor Joe Tudor who asked if we were ok & offered some advice on the bed we were looking at, no pushy salesman tactics, just really nice. We left to look at other shops & did experience to awful salesman when really you just want to be left alone until you decide. We went back to stokers because the bed & offer was a lot better but mainly because of Joe Tudor, he was fantastic. Thank you Joe.

What stood out from other retail experiences was his detailed knowledge of the products and suppliers. He was helpful, knowledgeable and polite without being pushy. Overall, an excellent experience. As I looked around Amanda Terry came along and provided expert advice without once making me feel I was under pressure. Dec 30,2024Went in to Stokers Chester today to buy a sofa. Was served by Pete who was incredibly helpful in walking us through the options for our new sofa. We had no idea we could choose between fibre or foam filling for our chosen sofa and he was excellent in telling us the pros and cons, and guiding us to sofas around the store to feel the difference. A really good experience and we ended up buying a matching snuggler chair as we were so happy with how the sofa order came together.
