Dec 26,2024We visited the Chester store on Boxing Day and were amazed at the vast choice of furniture in the showroom. We spent around two hours in selecting our preferred choice of chairs and sofas and we were expertly guided through the various manufacturers and models by Andy. With his guidance, we finally selected what we wanted and he was also very helpful in offering a real value for money bottom line. He showed excellent sales skills, allowing us to browse but still being around whenever we had questions and was very patient with us. All-in-all, a very satisfactory morning.

I spoke to Roy before hand and he was there to greet us and explain things to us, while simultaneously allowing my friends the time to browse. We never felt under any pressure and Roy was friendly yet professional. He listened to their needs, advised and stepped back for them to make their decision. Great service, great sofas, you can tell the quality. I would absolutely recommend this store and Roy to help you pick furniture.

We actually came into the store a few times and every time he greeted us with a big welcome and remembered what we needed! He rang back immediately after our enquiry, and has been keeping us updated with our delivery progress.
