Nov 27,2024We visited the Ormskirk branch in October & received exemplary service from Sandra Maddocks. Her knowledge of the sofa’s, the after care & helping select the fabrics was first class. We were advised of a delivery date before Xmas & were delighted that the 2 sofa’s were actually ready for delivery a month early. Highly recommend this store for its wonderful selection of furniture & very professional staff.

Thanks Joe for helping me make an informed choice. Equally, your delivery guys, Lee and Adam, did a fabulous job in getting a king size bed up the stairs. The bed was assembled in no time and all the packaging removed. Thanks for your diligence and care.

Nov 25,2024Initially buying our bed we were given a date and details of the procedure and delivery. The date of delivery and contact from Stokers was informative and efficient. We were given a delivery date which we accepted and had a 2 hour window for when the bed was to arrive. Ollie and Lee brought in the bed set it up and advised us what to do related to the mattress. All the plastic and cardboard was removed leaving us with a new bed and mattress with nothing to do.

Nov 25,2024The showroom is massive, such a great selection. Andy Short was very helpful and answered all our queries but also left us to have a really good look around without any pressure. We ordered a leather sofa for our kitchen extension and are looking forward to it arriving in early March.

The quality of the furniture and accessories is excellent and there is a wide range of styles to choose from, both traditional and contemporary. Regardless of your needs there is always a warm welcome coupled with expert advice. Indeed, the Ormskirk branch is deeply impressive marked by the kindness and support of SANDRA. Sandra has worked with me on several purchases. She has peerless product knowledge and is a brilliant communicator. Sandra listens to your specific needs and then goes the extra mile to meet them. You are the most important person in the shop no matter what your budget and Sandra makes it hard to resist coming back in to just say hello or make a futher purchase. Customer loyalty is paramount. I can only thank Sandra for her help and remark that Stokers are fortunate to have staff of this caliber representing them and keeping traditional values alive. Best wishes, Paul.

We were impressed by the whole shopping experience and each member of the sales team that we met were very helpful and well informed about their products. We returned a few days later to buy the furniture and this time dealt with Jenny Bedworth. She answered any questions we had, informed us of any options we had, and explained the whole process thoroughly. We have bought furniture from Stokers in the past and are pleased to say that we would still recommend Stokers to others.
