No one was pushy or tried to give us the hard sell, simply gave us advice if needed which was refreshing! Kaci who organised the delivery slot was a pleasure to deal with, then the two guys who delivered it were also great to deal with and very efficient.

We were kept informed and offered a variety of solutions, we opted for a replacement which was processed with no questions asked. The delivery guys were also very professional, friendly and considerate, arrived on time, took the packaging away , left everything clean and tidy etc - big Thank You to Nick, Graham, Adam B and Zac, they are a credit to the company.

He had great product knowledge but was not at all pushy. Thorough processing of our order and we look forward to our new sofa arriving. Competitive pricing and I am sure we will return in future.

Julie also explained the maintenance required to keep it looking its best going forward, which was really helpful. It was an easy process and I have always received a great level of service and after service from Stockers.
