Nov 22,2024Today we have received delivery of our new Hypnos Belgravia Supreme mattress which was bought at Stokers Chester and delivered, as scheduled, by Lee and Adam. Also received was a mattressgard Grand Quilted Mattress Protector and 2 Pillows. The delivery was completed professionally, with both chaps using covers on their shoes to keep our carpets clean. Thanks to Lee and Adam for their friendly professionalism and Stokers for ensuring we were kept updated with texts on the day.

When we did find some items both Amanda and Jo where excellent and new there product without being pushy. We would recommend Stokes as a great store to shop in

Nov 21,2024From entering the store to receiving the furniture, I cannot fault the service we received. The gentleman who helped us in store was in training - we never would have guessed! He was knowledgeable, helpful without being intrusive and instilled confidence in purchasing from Stokes. The excellent service continued into the delivery - Nick and Graham were outstanding in their professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. They ensured everything was explained clearly, were careful of the wooden floor and not only set up the sofa but also demonstrated how to use the sofa bed without trapping our fingers. Next time we are in the market for new furniture, we wouldn't hesitate to use Stokers again.

Nov 21,2024Effortless ordering! After visiting variety of furniture stores, Stokers made it easy from the beginning to end. Scott in store helped me order my sofa, very informative. Rang the delivery team a couple of times for information, Natalie there was extremely helpful and put my mind at ease. Nick and Graham were absolutely incredible delivering my sofa. They were extremely careful in setting up the sofa and even helped me move the old sofa outside. They gave me information on how to look after the sofa. Can not praise them enough!
