Nov 18,2024My wife and I recently visited Stokers and purchased two settees. The selection on show was excellent both in variety and quality. Salesman Mike introduced himself briefly and then gave us space to explore without feeling pressured or watched. Once we had decided upon our purchase Mike was very helpful sharing lots of information and tips. He was also efficient in entering our order etc. stokers is our store of choice for furniture.

Nov 18,2024We had our furniture delivered from Stokers Chester, two large sofas and a dining table and chairs. The delivery men, Graham and Nick were amazing. They were polite and friendly, took great care to protect our flooring, assembled and placed the furniture where we wanted to put it and gave excellent advice on maintaining and looking after our leather sofas. They couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks guys, all very much appreciated.

Nov 17,2024We would recommend a visit to Stokers, there is something for every taste. All the staff were friendly and approachable especially Joe Tudor. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Natalie in the delivery department was also friendly and efficient. Lee and Adam who delivered our furniture were courteous and placed the furniture exactly where we wanted. All in all a very pleasant experience and how customer service should be. Thank you.

Nov 15,2024Great service from Graham Bedworth at Southport Stokers. We had an idea which bed we wanted but Graham helped in the process to decide which would best fit our needs. Most beds feel comfortable for the two minutes you lie on them in store but you need the one that lasts all night. Thanks to Graham we feel we have the best fit at a great price. Thanks for the personal service and attention.

Nov 15,2024Graham Bedworth is amazing!! He went above and beyond at helping us source the best Superking mattress solution ever! We needed a zip & link superking due to access issues, but, Graham sourced an additional topper with 5000 springs, called an mattress enhancer which goes directly on top of the zip and link mattress creating one seamless pillowtop made of luxurious natural fibres. We are beyond delighted with the product, the service, and the price paid for hopefully what will be a long term investment and we are sleeping blissfully already. I do wish Stokers would add this item to their website and train all stores to know about this Enhancer because it makes an enormous difference to feeling like we still are co-sleeping in the same bed together and not just existing on two singles pushed together 🩷

Nov 13,2024We went to the Chester store to start looking for a new recliner Sofa and chair. Julie was excellent throughout . She is friendly in her approach. She possesses an excellent product knowledge. Julie showed us a range of sofas and chairs. At no time did we feel pressured. We spent over 2 hours in store and eventually made our choice. We hadn’t even planned to buy a sofa and chair on the day but the products were very much what we wanted! Thanks again Julie for the excellent customer service.

Nov 19,2024After weeks of trawling through all the furniture shops for a new sofa, we popped in to Stokers in Chester and had a good look around. Scott came over to help us as we thought we’d found the one, he asked us to take our time and have another look around and shout if we needed his help again, having spent over half an hour talking us through all the different choices of upholstery. We then found another one that we really wanted. Scott gave us all the information about the product, the guarantee, the upholstery options, in between serving us drinks. Never felt more confident in the choice we made with his help, no pushy sales just solid advice and guidance. Massive thanks to Scott, we got the right lounge suite for us and looking forward to its delivery. Highly recommend Stokers and Scott, quality & 5 star service
