Sandra Maddocks was more than helpful and patient with me, I’m terrible at making decisions when faced with so many beautiful choices. I am really looking forward to receiving my new sofa, chair and footstool in the new year. There’s a sale on too at the moment so get down to the lovely shop in Ormskirk.

Nov 11,2024Have previously purchased from Stokers, primarily Southport due to having greater stock to view. Recently made a visit to view bedding. I was able to compare a number of beds before making a choice. I was impressed by the curtesy and knowledge of the sales given by Graham Bedworth who was extremely patient while making choices. He guided my choice by providing valuable information without pressure. I had initially made a telephone enquiry and the person I spoke to was enthusiastically helpful. I did not know at that time the details of the salesperson but upon visiting the store I recognised Graham as being the person I had spoken to. This enquiry spared me on to visit the store. My whole experience was pleasing. Fantastic store.

Nov 11,2024We purchased a bed from stockers Ormskirk which needed to be returned after 8months The company who supplied the bed to Stockers examined the bed and report the bed was not damaged However th3 Stockers team sent there own independent examiners and reported bed was damaged Only for their excellent customer service wonderful caring staff and professional supportive attitude we wouldn’t have had this issue resolved We highly recommend purchasing from Stockers we now wouldn’t purchase from anywhere else Thank you Stockers

Nov 10,2024My husband & myself visited Stokers Southport yesterday in pursuit of two new settees for our lounge. Graham ( Bedworth) our sales assistant was very helpful & indeed knowledgeable. He gave us lots of space to discuss & try at length the many settees & sofas on display. Staying close by to answer questions but we felt very comfortable & in no way rushed to make a decision.A very friendly & experienced member of staff who is indeed an asset to Stokers. As a result we have placed an order for two settees..so far so good.

Stokers Southport have a great range of beds to try out, the sales people are around if needed but they don't hassle you which is greatly appreciated. Graham Bedworth was great, good attitude and very knowledgeable, made the whole process a breeze and I wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend to others. Fabulous service, thank you very much!

Nov 09,2024Amazing customer service from start to finish. And highest quality furniture. Me and my Partner loved the store and decided on the DaVinci sofa set. Mark C helped us with finding what we wanted but was never pushy for a sale unlike every sofa shop we had visited prior. The store was 10 mins from closing however he never made us feel rushed and all the staff stayed longer to allow us to finalise our purchase. Delivery drivers Lee & Adam B were prompt on the day and very helpful. Although difficult with parked cars and tight halls they went the extra mile to make sure everything was delivered perfectly. We are so happy with our furniture it has turned a house into a home. Will definitely be using Stokers again!
