Nov 08,2024Graeme Beresford needs a pay rise ! ⭐️He displayed exceptional customer service when I visited the Southport store. Not only was he very informative on all the products I enquired about but he was very friendly and allowed me to view the furniture without any sales pressure. This was so refreshing having been to a number of furniture stores prior and feeling pressured and followed round the store . Graeme’s customer service was excellent and I have since shared my experience with a friend who has since visited the store and also purchased furniture via Graeme. Well done Graeme !

Nov 06,2024Had a great experience at Southport Stokers. Staff were welcoming, pleasant and we did not feel pestered as we perused Sofas. Store was spacious and bright and a pleasure to explore also had a good selection. Special thanks though to Graeme Beresford whose knowledge of each sofa we enquired about and the various fabrics that we could have was exceptional. We were both extremely impressed with his professional persona and patience. Definitely had a major impact on our choice and was keen to ensure we were happy, superb salesman without any pressure. Graeme has kept us up to date with status of our order therefore also delivers great after sales service.

Nov 05,2024I recently shopped at the Stokers branch in Chester for a sales item which was difficult to find. I dealt with a sales assistant named Joe Tudor. He had to make several phone calls to the company involved and had to contact me by phone and text. He finally sorted everything for me and I was able to place the order. He couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. Well done. Joan

Nov 05,2024We visited the store on a quiet Wednesday morning and were immediately directed to the specific section of the store displaying sofa beds. We were greeted by Joe Tudor who gave us brief details of the ranges on offer and he then left us to look around. He was on hand to answer all our questions but was not pushy at all. We soon decided on the one we wanted to buy and Joe Tudor was again on hand to talk us through the process. All in all a great sales experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Stokers.

Nov 04,2024After an initial visit to stokers website, I was promptly contacted by Graeme Beresford who was so very helpful in arranging for fabric samples to be sent to me direct from G Plan. Following on from that initial contact he regularly got in touch but was not trying to pressurise us into buying anything. His customer service is exemplary and he waited for us to make our decisions over several weeks and he could not have made the process of purchasing new furniture any more easier. If every salesperson within the company is of his standard, then it must be an excellent company to do business with.
