Oct 15,2024Julie Williams in the Chester Branch was so so helpful when I called in to have a Quick Look around - Zero pressure couldn’t have been more delightful & helpful with really fantastic advice & help … a few days later finding out a very good friend of the family Jason Breeze also worked for Stokers who took the great time to speak with Julie for me was amazing .. the complete experience with Stokers & in particular both Julie & Jason was amazing the very easiest Sofa & Chair & Accessories in a furniture shop I’ve ever made in my 65 yrs - pure & simple Zero Pressure Best Possible Advice & Help - highly recommend

He was courteous and professional throughout the transaction and ensured that we had no further questions regarding the purchase and delivery. We left the store feeling confident about our purchase and look forward to taking delivery! Overall a positive experience because we didn’t feel pressurised at any time, yet it was made clear that if we needed assistance, we only had to ask!

Oct 13,2024We visited Stokers Furniture Store Chester recently and received excellent customer service. The sales personnel were welcoming and allowed us to look around the store at our leisure. Once we had decided we needed further information Mark Cain guided us through all we needed to know and was able to answer all our questions very thoroughly. We were able to reach the decision on our purchase without feeling pressurised in any way and were more than happy for Mark to complete the process with us. We would thoroughly recommend this store

They are there if you need any advice and very helpful.The store has plenty of 'real' furniture and reasonably priced. We have bought a few things from this particular store and this is our 'go to' place in the first instance. Quality of the items are very good. Phil was particular helpful when I was ordering the latest furniture which is due next week, for delivery.

Oct 11,2024We had a Stoker's delivery today by Graham and Nick they were friendly and with some helpful advice, in caring for our new sofa. Also took our old sofa and all the rubbish with them, and delivered in the 4hour window and kept us updated with our delivery.

We soon decided on a particular sofa and chair and Graham dealt with us helpfully from then on. We are looking forward to taking delivery of our sofa and chair. Oct 11,2024Fantastic experience buying a bed from Stokers. Carl Sixsmith in the bed department was great. He was very helpful when we asked questions, but also left us in peace to try lying on the beds, which we spent ages doing. We visited 3 times, probably spent at least 6 hours in the shop!! Delighted with the bed we chose, and it was actually cheaper than the equivalent we looked at in Bensons. It was delivered on time and the delivery guys were super as well, friendly and they put together in 5 minutes. Been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and it sounds silly but it’s changed our life! Sleeping so much better now. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Very polite and helpful staff and most importantly I didn’t feel pounced on like so many sales persons do. Thank you to Martin who was so helpful in assisting us with our choice in the end, very knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to help us. So pleased, would highly recommend this store to everyone.

Nothing was too much trouble for them they where also very informative on how to keep our new 3 piece suite looking in fantastic condition for years and years to come. Would we shop with stoker's again yes absolutely in a heartbeat. The furniture is extremely well made not put together with staples and glue. Proper hand made craftsmanship like you used to get in the old days, furniture made to last.
