We are very pleased with the Vauxhall Combo that we purchased, however, there was a misunderstanding regarding the deal but the situation was resolved, for which we are both pleased and grateful. Ella, the sales representative was very pleasant, courteous and patient.

The people I dealt with when buying my new car from Stoneacre Sheffield were absolutely brilliant. Will provided all of the information I needed and the actual negotiations in buying the car made the process a pleasant experience and left me feeling satisfied with the deal. Pete sorted the finance efficiently and in a straightforward manner. Thank you to Will for his politeness and efficiency. Overall a great experience.

I was made to feel welcome and a valued customer. Everything was explained to me I was not in any way pressured into buying. Adrian Wise was brilliant explaining everything guiding me through the documents finding the car of my choice, making the process smooth and simple. Keeping me informed while awaiting collection of my car. Adrian is a great asset to Toyota I would give him 20 out of 10 also the manager introduced himself which was a kind thought. And Adrian introduced me to Simon so of I needed help Simon was on hand if Adrian unavailable. Adrian set the car up for me outstanding service thank you to all at Stoneacre Darlington 5⭐️

I got my new baby from the chesterfield branch (Suzuki unit 2) and my experience was smooth. Glenn was really helpful right from when I spoke to him on phone, to when I went for view and when I went to pick up the car yesterday. He’s awesome and very professional. I sill stoneacre 10 over 10.

Nothing was too much trouble we were made very welcome and given the information we needed to make an informed decision. We were worried the vehicle we chose would not fit into our garage so they drove it to our garage so we could make sure it would. Friendly and professional staff David Eland was a pleasure to deal with at the Sunderland branch

Came here to buy a new car and was introduced to Michael in Darlington made me feel at home straight away very knowledgeable in what I had for my budget ther was no pressure for me to buy a car Michael is credit to stoneacre and deserves recognition for his hard work 12 out of 10 from me keep up the hard work Michael you deserve every bit of credit and a credit to stoneacre

Throughout the whole procedure from booking a test drive to purchasing our new vehicle the sales executive Stephen Hooper was very professional, diligent and helpful. We were kept informed throughout and, overall, had an excellent experience.

Took my vehicle in for service and MOT as normal, never any issues and staff were great as always. I was looking at the new and used cars when I was asked if interested, I said I was. Got shown a few vehicles and decided to buy from here on, this is where the issues started. I was told I could have mats and services and full tank fuel thrown in with the deal. I explained I needed to get my towbar removed from my car and was told they would sort that for me, then I needed to sort my wiring on dashcam and was told they would look into that. Anyway, I went to collect vehicle, and it was on PCP not HP, yes, I should have read the documents properly, decided to go ahead with the deal anyway. I mentioned the £300 voucher from having the kia service plane and was told they gave me the service plan for that (Was not mentioned at point of sale these were all offers to get me to buy car) then the car had just under half tank of fuel even though told full tank, so lost about £50 on that, and then to top it all , they couldn't remove my towbar as didn't have the crash bar to replace so that's an £800 towbar I lost, I would not have gone through with the deal if knowing this. as for dash cam, time was getting on it was very late so I had enough of all the broken promises so thought I would get installed myself, another £70 spent. So new car actually cost me a lot more than I thought by about £1220!!! Still have 9 days to end contract though and seriously considering. Just to add that the staff were great and nothing against them at all, selling a number of cars and easy to forget what you offer. I believe I haave 14 days to cancel, can you tell me how I do this please?
