Jan 09,2025Sue is great. She made the process of chosing and ordering the car very easy and stress free. She is polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We honestly couldn't be happier and we'll happily recommend Stoneacre to anyone looking for a new car. I'd give 10/10 if I could. Brilliant service 👏

Jan 09,2025Everything from the initial call to the car handover was handled superbly. Joe was helpful, friendly and went through everything with me. I had high expectations for Lexus and they (and Joe) met and exceeded those. Easily the nicest experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Very happy, thank you Joe & Lexus Teesside. For some reason Trustpilot is not letting me put 5 Stars but trust me I would give them 6 if possible!

Jan 09,2025I received a friendly welcome from Amy when arriving. She helped and supported getting me an area to work on my laptop which is always appreciated and saves taking time off whilst my car is serviced. I had a query over changing a bulb and Amy arranged for the technician to come to my car when the service was completed to show me what was required. It was given a good wash which is always a nice touch (especially in this weather, this time of year). Of course, the coffee machine is a good to have too!

Jan 09,2025We looked at the car in the showroom, Andrew salesman demonstrated the car and arranged for us to take a test drive. We were not pushed or pressurised in any way, full information provided by Andrew. We purchased the car, Andrew even offered to pick me up to collect the car. Excellent service
