Wife's Yaris only 2,000 miles and still under warranty with full dealer Service Record. Broke down..engine juddering, Toyota Dealers are all Stoneacre within 50mls of here, nearest (Darlington) was really hard work couldn't even look at within 3 weeks. Eventually and thanks only to GreenFlag it went to Northallerton (35miles away) and after agreeing to £100 up front non-refundable "Mandatory Diagnosis Fee" , and trying to sell my Wife all kinds of useless/expensive "recommended!" extras regardless of so called Warranty or recent service. Required all 4 New Spark plugs despite only one been faulty (expected life 50,000 miles not 2,000!) not covered by warranty or inspected under Service so another £182. Could have bought them from Halfords for £30. I will know next time. Mesage to Stoneacre regarding their reply....Can I have my £100 back then please?

Already had issues with the car which resulted in car going back to garage, still one issue which it has not been addressed so it’s booked in again. Grave concerns regarding range, sold as 200 mile range but so far 80% only shows 108 miles, don’t feel confident in travelling very far.
