He answered to every question we had promptly and accurately. We are happy with our purchase from Toyota Stoneacre and the fact that they delivered the car in good time as they quoted. Feb 09,2025Thanks to Neil and Dom at Stoneacre Mazda in Newcastle for their assistance when I recently purchased a new second hand car. They were very responsive throughout and I appreciated Neil arriving earlier than normal to allow me to purchase the car at a time which suited me best. Neil was good enough to offer a 12 month warranty within the sales price which helped to clinch the deal.

Everything about the car was explained to me by a really lovely woman who sat in the car with me and helped me to connect my phone (sorry I can't remember her name). Feb 09,2025Great experience Salesman very friendly but professional answered all my questions & I had a few as this was my first automatic test drive & purchase The process of purchase & pick up was very smooth with a through explanation of the car and its controls I have been a Toyota customer for several years now but I was very apprehensive about purchasing a hybrid automatic car (only driven manual) after having it for 3 days as I complete this I LOVE it All the staff I came into contact with at Stoneacre have been pleasant and extremely helpful I would have no hesitation in recommending to my friends & family Customer service is 5☆

Feb 09,2025We went to stoneacre as our PCP agreement on our car was coming to an end. We dealt with Tony one of the sales guys there, he was very helpful and really listened to our needs. Stoneacre in general were very good clear and concise upon signing a new agreement. The car we bought when we picked up was very clean and presented very well. All in all a very very good experience with stoneacre

He searched for a lengthy period and sourced exactly what we needed, competently advising on various options along the way. Feb 08,2025Ordered two tyres for my car from Tyresavers.com and booked Stoneacre Middlesbrough to fit them. The appointment was made for 08/02/2025 10.30am This afternoon I got a phone call from Stoneacre Middlesbrough to say that I would have to drop off my car at 8.30am to then collect it at 12.00 as they were very busy and would have to fit it in. So unprofessional with no planning. I cancelled the fitting of my two tyres. Stoneacre are total cowboys and not trustworthy regarding customers. I dont know why I think of Mickey Mouse at this present time.
