Was looking to upgrade my XC60 to a newer model and began browsing the Volvo Selekt website for an approved used. Found a car I liked the look of at Stoneacre Grimsby and made an initial enquiry. I was promptly contacted by Ebony at the dealership who began to discuss the vehicle and options available to me including a part exchange. Ebony was friendly, polite, informative and a joy to deal with. She kept me updated and talked through any questions. Within 3 days I travelled down to Grimsby to collect my new car. Again a seamless process at the dealership to finalise the purchase, Ebony then sat with me in the vehicle and explained its features, and connected my mobile etc and was happy to answer any questions I had. All in all a great experience, well done to all the team at Stoneacre Volvo. Loving my new car!

I was really impressed with the service I recieved from Stoneacre in Doncaster during my purchase of a VW ID3. I came up from London to pick up the car and they made everything really straight forward. Nothing was too much trouble. The car was exactly as described and they had done a great job preparing the car. Special mention to Chantelle Kershaw for all your assistance.
Staff were very good and obliging. However the only fault was the IT systems which were poor and led to me losing my first choice of car. I had to contact the Volvo centre to get some documentation through the system as the IT had many glitches.
Excellent service from Will and Alex. Will took time to show us the car and talk us through it all. We are extremely happy with the car. Overall a very positive experience.

This was our return visit to Stoneacre Lincoln as we wanted to upgrade. Tom gave us 100% attention and guided us on a car which met our needs. Saw a vehicle advertised on line that was recently reduced in price model, year and mileage fitted the bill. Visited the branch the following morning Neil the salesman introduced himself and immediately opened the vehicle and left me to view at my leisure informing me to just ask if I had any questions. The vehicle although a used model was immaculate inside and out and obviously well looked after by its previous owner. After viewing I was asked if I wished to take it out for a test drive. Whilst the vehicle was moved from the forecourt I was offered a coffee and informed the paperwork had been completed and the vehicle was available at my leisure. The vehicle drove as it looked like new. Returning to the dealership Neil asked how it went and the process began. Not intending to part ex my current vehicle a price was offered and being competitive it made things a lot easier. The vehicle was supplied with a 12 month Mazda manufacturers warranty and Simon offered an extended 4 year warranty at an extremely competitive price. I don’t usually go for warranties but 5 years warranty seemed a no brainer and the deal was done. It was arranged to collect the vehicle in a couple of days. On arrival the vehicle was ready to go presented immaculately inside and out, Neil completed the paperwork efficiently signing over the new vehicle and the part ex and notifying DVLA online leaving me to just drive it away. A small issue arose over the first couple of days and on contacting the dealership I was asked if I could call in the next day and a technician would take a look. This I did and the issue was addressed within the hour. Overall a great experience something which isn’t guaranteed these days. Thanks Neil (Mazda@Silverlink)

We were greeted at the dealership by Aaron Lowbridge who looked after us through the whole journey of buying my Fiat 500. He is very professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. His little videos are supportive and special. The whole nottingham team are like a family and look happy to be at work. I love my Fiat 500 and with the support from Aaron ,Stef and Katie, its made my purchase a very happy and easy experience. I would recommend them all and especially Aaron, who went above and beyond to help me along the way.
