The Staff were great and provided excellent information on the model I wanted. Also provided an in depth display of the controls of the vehicle enabling me to find the correct controls, displays to allow me to drive away with confidence.

Won't tell the truth about picking up car. Fob you off to get you off the phone. Head office can't help. Sales manager said tuff not bothered. Wouldn't go back to Doncaster branch. Waste of time!!!!!!

Having a motability car I enquired about tyres I needed as when it had a service it stated the front tyres were worn , not one person I spoke too could tell me if I had to pay for them or where I could get them fitted ! Shocking customer service the call handlers could not tell me if I had to pay or not , please educate your staff on motability cars and also how to talk to there customers . This was the Barney dun at Doncaster 😡
Service was great until after the car was received, I was assured on the phone it was standard to come with a minimum of 9 months left on the MOT, I asked this after checking my end and seeing only 3 months were left. On arrival, I checked this once again, and 3 months remained rather than being redone, which I raised and was told to send the invoice once redone as well as fill out a form for reimbursement. Since sending the invoice and the form, I've not heard anything, and it has been over a month, I've called and sent various emails to the sales colleague I dealt with as well as the manager. Put a downer on an otherwise good experience.

Our initial contact with Adam was excellent - he was honest and had good knowledge of the car that we looked at. A thorough test drive without any pressure. The purchase process was straight forward and clear. The handover and collection went very well and overall we were very pleased with our experience.
Please do not buy the extra cosmetic warranty which they try to sell you, its so full of odd conditions that you can hardly get any repairs done, even minor stone chips. This has happened to me and it has now soured my relationship with my dealer to the point where I will go elsewhere for my services and vehicle purchases in future.
