Great staff, Jordan was knowledgeable and patient explaining all the new features of the car. He was positive and enabling, helping with the transaction so that we could tax and insure before we left. Great service, backed up by his manager. We left happy and feel we could return anytime.

We went to enquire about the invitation for new car deals and original contact was not available so was attended to by Louis. Nice cuppa to help along the way. As this was a brand new car purchase every thing was explained to us during the process of negotiation. Communication was excellent throughout the process during and after the handover. This was our third purchase from Mazda Hull over the years and as before everything was transparent and seamless. First class

The personal touch makes a huge difference. The friendly, well informed and helpful approach of, in particular, Lorraine and Tony made thinking about and deciding to buy a new Honda Jazz Crosstar a pleasure.

Already given their Wrexham team the 5 star rating that they deserve, however I've had my car for 6 months only, yet I'm getting bombarded with letters, phone calls and text messages inviting me to book a service. There's absolutely no way I will use you for a service plan if it results in cold calls flogging me stuff of a Saturday morning.

Excellent customer service. Marc who helped me was fantastic. Looked at what I needed and wanted then helped me find the best motor for me. Was quick, easy and efficient. When I picked up my new car they had fully serviced and cleaned it, filled the petrol up and also had a bunch of flowers for me. What a great touch. Thank you

A well laid-out showroom and used-car sales area. We were free to wander around both without being followed around by any salesperson trying to pressure us into buying. When we needed help, we spoke to Chris Robson. He was very helpful with the relevant details of the model we were were looking at. He told us he had a demonstrator car for us to test drive and immediately arranged the paperwork / licence check. We liked the fact we could take the test drive on our own and that, within reason, there was no time limit for us to return to the showroom. This gave us the chance to discuss the car ourselves without any sales pressure. We then further discussed our requirements with Chris. He found us a model we wanted on-line at another Stoneacre dealership and arranged for it to be brought to Leeds. Within a couple of days, we were taking a test drive in this car, again on our own, and decided to buy it. Chris was very helpful throughout the process of us trading-in our car as part-exchange and the paperwork for our purchased car. He was a pleasure to deal with.

They sold me a car that had been in a major rear end collision, but botched up, I found out after 2 weeks.They said they didnt know even thought they said it had been through a 140 point inspection. Took a month to make them take it back. I lost out on my trade in, I wish I had taken them to court.They have now sold it to some other poor sucker.This is a criminal action, someone should of gone to prison

From start to finish we were left alone to look around and even on the test drive which was really good for us, And when we needed help a staff member was there to ask and so ordering a cx5 on Motability was so easy and stress free and when I picked up the car there was no fussing around (can we interest you in taking this out or we recommend blah blah blah)no it was peaceful and easy. Well done Stonacre that’s how it should be done.

This is our third Mazda (demonstrator Mazda 3) from Stoneacre. The car was priced attractively and we were given a very fair trade in deal. Process was smooth (minor repair to an alloy)... have had the car for a month and we love driving it! Can thoroughly recommend Stoneacre.

Alisha at the servicedesk (hopefully spelled correctly) was first class and very polite and helpful through out and made me feel most welcome. But that is where it ends. The reason for 1 star is the ripoff prices they charge and try to hike on afterwards for inexpensive easy to fix parts, which is blatantly beyond greedy. And their previous poor or should I say non repair of my car ended up costing me hundreds more to have fixed a year later, including a road safety issue, and they rudely have taken zero responsibility at Stonecare Peterborough and head office. Callum the actual service centre manager at Stoneacre was polite but came across as shallow and uncooperative and just weakly touting the garbage company line. His 'assistant' service manager Brandon who made out to me at first that he was the actual 'service manager' that turns out he lied about and was fully uncooperative and dismissive. The lack of aftercare and dealing customers is quite frankly shambolic. I asked to speak to an area manger or director and well as you can imagine that never happened from this ragtag fleece company. In my view and as a person who has worked for many years prior, at the highest level in a global senior corporate capacity, I would summarise this lot as a bunch of rag tag no frills dealership from my experience and that from a management upwards perspective are rude, as my saved communications demonstrate, as well as being evasive and untrustworthy to take no responsibility for their mistakes and deal with honest grievances. And on top of that i had very belittling and poorly executed emails which did contain any modicum of aftercare in attitude and intellect. Frankly Unbelievable. I could go on and on...
