Jan 21,2025Stoneacre Blackburn. Renault bought new in March with 5000 miles on clock, broke down twice in December. Spoke to manager who couldn’t care less. Completely different attitude to when they were taking £24k off me in March! So if you’re looking for a dodgy car, even dodgier customer service and a manager who couldn’t care less then this is the branch for you.

The manager called me for us to agree some details and discuss the price, and then we liaised with Rick in advance and on the day. He was very knowledgeable in showing us the many features of the car and very patient. There was absolutely no pressure to buy which I appreciated. All in all a smooth, stress-free and personable experience. I'd definitely recommend, thank you Rick!

Jan 20,2025Since my previous review, regarding being left with a broken car after our annual service, we have had zero contact from anyone at stoneacre. As far as they are aware our vehicle has been off road since the 13th of December. In 30 years of motoring I’ve never been treated as bad. Please read my other review and don’t use Stonearce Stoke.

Not pushy at all refreshingly and I felt like he was an impartial advisor rather than a typical pushy car salesman. Also was able to take advantage of the 0% finance offered. Definitely recommend

Jan 20,2025Uncontactable Complaints Department I have always been a loyal customer of Stoneacre but after purchasing a new car in May last year and experienced numerous issues since then, I would never go back again. I have consistently been lied to, reported an issue with my car that has never been fixed, numerous time-consuming visits and phone calls that had to be instigated by myself as if not I would not receive any communication from them. I raised a complaint as per Stoneacre process over 8 weeks ago and since then I have received no communication of either updates or resolution, and when trying to contact head office/complaints department myself, they have failed to answer the phone or provide any response even when details are left. As it has now passed the maximum time frame for complaints (as per Stoneacre’s policy) I am having to progress with this further to get any movement on the complaint. Over the past 8 months the entire process has been stressful, time consuming, I’ve been ignored, all whilst being in financial detriment due to the issues they caused. Anyone who is thinking of buying a vehicle from Stoneacre I would seriously advise they have their own service completed on the vehicle prior to purchasing as it appears as soon as an issue arises, they become almost impossible to deal with.
