Jan 22,2025The welcome, and engagement from the whole team was excellent. I visited the showroom to browse new cars but found the one I wanted. There was no pressure from the team, only a supportive and helpful drive towards understanding the car more, helping me to decide it was the one for me. Extremely grateful to Cam, Johnny and James who dealt with my purchase and extended some great rapport to my two young boys whilst they waited for me to buy and collect. I highly recommend the service experience being offered by the team at Renault Blackburn!

Michael Mccabe was spot on he was knowledgeable, informative, intuitive and patient, we liked that he dealt with us from start to finish without having to defer to his manager. The straightforward sales approach was refreshing. Our custom felt valued and we came away with the right car for our requirements.

Jan 22,2025quick reply to enquiry and questions. prices quoted for purchase vehicle and part exchange adhered to so no haggeling or frustration at purchase of car. full choice of days and times for purchase. every thing explained clearly on the sale and part exchange of vehicles and documents sorted out at meeting by sales person. service and car protection plans explained . purchased a service plan , but never felt under pressure to purchase. operation of car controls explained fully and more than enough petrol to get us home. thanks for a relaxed buying experiance. martin and dawn balding

Jan 21,2025The Salesman (Paul Davis) was professional, polite & helpful throughout. Would buy from him again. 5 Stars. In contrast, the Stoneacre ‘part exchange promise’ fell short & was not a pleasant experience. Albeit the offer was increased, with negotiation, the offer did not match that of other websites (as claimed in the u-tube advert).

Jan 21,2025Peter Woods the Sales person I dealt with was extremely helpful and efficient. The only downside was the time delay it took Volvo to actually send me an invoice on which to forward payment. After 48 hours delay Peter come to my rescue and I received the invoice I requested.
