First class customer service from start to finish. Andrew made the whole experience stress free and explained everything clearly and efficiently. Andrew went through everything step by step from the initial viewing to driving away with all paperwork completed for me. Would definitely recommend in the future.

Travelled a long way to view the car also tied it in with a holiday break so by the time we got to the dealership we were both very tired including our poor dog who was stuck in the car . Over 2 hours of hard sell for various packages which I lost count the times I said no thank you to Dan the sales manager we finally got away to start our holiday. Jack the sales executive was brilliant though pleasant and very polite.. Would highly recommend him. Dan one of the sales managers only interested in the hard sell for products Stoneacre can tack on as part of the sale.. Once he realises you're not interested.. Mind it takes a while.. He loses interest in you. Love the car and on collection again Jack a true gentleman.

Having wasted over 2 hours of my time trying to sort out a deal with my local Hyundai dealership, I ended up dealing with Craig and to be honest, should have saved myself the time and gone here to start with! He did everything he said he would and when I went to sit down and finalise the deal, I was really impressed by how clean and tidy the showroom was and how friendly everyone was. This continued throughout the process and I collected the car yesterday and was very happy with the handover process from Joel. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them and am very happy with the service I received.
Great staff. Declan in Sunderland made the sourcing and purchasing a new car so much more less stressful and a pleasant experience. Liverpool Stoneacre Bad experience with Reece, useless sales person , afraid of rain ,refused to show us a car because it was raining , how old is he 5, we did buy a car , had problems Reece wouldn't sort it so went to Wrexham Stonacre , can't fault them ,polite , did the jobs that needed doing , nothing to much trouble .

We Bought a Kia Sorento 4 from Stoneacre Stafford. From the moment we walked into the showroom they made us do welcome. Our sales consultant Tom Chaplin was amazing? No hard sale patter, he was very professional , courteous, and polite. He has a lovely manner about him . We went back several times unsure if it was evrything we wanted in a car. Nothing was to much trouble . After a few test drives we decided to have it. (So glad we did) we collected it yesterday he took well over an hour to explain all the gadgets to us and I have to say there is a lot. Again he was very patient. We have had a personalised plate on it and he sorted all that out for us today. I would totally recommend Tom as a sales consultant, he may be young but don’t be fooled, he knows his stuff. I can only say what a wonderful service I received from Max Bunting at Fiat/MG Hyde. He was extremely helpful and made purchasing a new car very easy for me. I can't thank him enough for looking after me so well - he's a wonderful young man. I would definitely recommend others to him.
