Jan 21,2025I don’t like my car. I was so looking forward to driving my first brand new car- an aygo x edge! I realised after a couple of days that my vision was not clear when moving lanes due to tinted glass. On my test drive I didn’t go far enough to really notice this. I was told that my brand new car is now classed as a used car (despite having less mileage than demo cars) offered to change to an aygo pure rather than edge but would have to pay £1000 more for a car that is £2000 cheaper than the one I bought! Also apple car play doesn’t work so I’ll have to go back with that! Wish I hadn’t bought it. If there’s one thing I’ve learnt it’s take your time when taking a test drive!

As a Motability customer it can be daunting to go to a dealership to look for a suitable car but Mark’s warm welcome and kind manner put us immediately at ease. Mark was patient and attentive and provided all we needed to make the right choice for us. There was no pressure. Mark went above and beyond to make us feel like valued customers and communicated with us frequently with updates as we waiting for the car to arrive. We are so grateful for Mark’s kindness, help and excellent customer service.

We liked the Sportage so we're offered a test drive for as long as we needed. We loved it so much we decided to purchase it that day.
