Nothing was a problem, no pushy sales pitch, very relaxed and managed to get us the deal we wanted at the right vehicle. There was quite a wait for my car but Paul kept us updated and it was delivered pretty much on time as promised. Will deal with the Durham branch in future, there are closer branches to me but the staff there make you very welcome. 👏

Jan 18,2025Recently did an online part exchange with Robin Hood Harley Davidson and could not be happier with the whole experience. Darren (the salesman) was helpful and accommodating from the start. He didn’t hesitate to send additional photos and a walk round video, and he specifically checked extra specification items out for me. The delivery guy (I forget his name) was an extremely helpful chap… I’m currently suffering back problems, and he very kindly wheeled everything in and out of my garage without hesitation, and then put everything back. I would happily recommend Robin Hood HD… the same goes for Darren (their salesman). 100% satisfied customer.

Jan 17,2025Absolutely vile treatment from this company!! My car was sent in by my insurance company for damage on the back door of my car! Car was sent back with flat battery and 5 electrical faults!! Garage staff have terrible manners, especially Amanda and mark in the repairs centre! Trying to laugh and intimidate over the phone and none stop lying about communications between them and my insurance company!!

Jan 17,2025We were greeted outside by a very polite and friendly young lady her product knowledge was excellent and explained all we needed to know about the car. She offered a test drive in a demo car of the same spec which we accepted . On return we sat down with Eden and purchased our new Juke the whole experience was so easy and enjoyable .
