Jan 12,2025Having decided to upgrade our current car to the latest model, the car sale was dealt with by Kieran Patterson. He was very informative and gave us an estimated date of delivery. He kept us informed at regular intervals regarding the car's manufacture, dispatch and delivery dates. Upon handover, Kieran explained the differing features of the new car and the My Renault app. and was very thorough with his explanations. The After Sales Team have also been in touch and also very clear regarding signing up for the service plan, which I did. We have also used the garage for servicing the previous vehicle. Our experiences with the Darlington garage have been very good in all areas and would recommend a visit,

Overall, I had Absolutely fantastic experience from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Elliot was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time understand my needs and preferences, and patiently answered all my questions without any pressure. They made the entire process, from test drive to final paperwork, smooth and enjoyable.

The effort he put in with our Son who has learning disabilities was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Great communication as well.

Jan 11,2025My recent purchase from Stoneacre Dacia at Chesterfield was pleasant and very professional. All queries answered. Jordan the sales exec was great. Made to feel at home, follow up personnel on the phone were professional too. Only slight gripe was the non-availability of finance staff whilst sales were open! It would have saved a second journey, not my local dealer but the end result was well worth the travel.
