Dec 31,2024I purchased a Dimplex Glenco insert fire in the early part of December. A good interaction on the web sight and a choice of the delivery date. This is a very good fire and suppliments the heating in the lounge and enhances the atmosphere with the flickering flame effect. I had ordered the same fire from a different company but, unfortunately, the original and a replacement both developed small annoying noises coming from the fire. I would recommend this fire.

Dec 23,2024Takes forever to be delivered or not delivered at all. I have now had to request a refund as after 2 months we have still not received the ceramic logs. I am concerned that we will not receive a refund and will have to go through legal processes.

Dec 21,2024So impressed. We had an issue with chips in part of our mantel and the customer service was top tier. It was so appreciated as we are working on a relatively big project with multiple suppliers and having to chase is really stressful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
