Jan 10,2025Although the fire is lovely, it didn’t arrive within the promised time. Also, the instructions regarding setting it up were very pure although this was not the fault of stoves are us but the manufacturers fault.

Jan 10,2025The stove was well priced compared to other retailers, so that was a positive starting point. The rest of the buying experience was a little less satisfying as we had to wait longer than expected for delivery and during this time we felt customer service had gone off the boil a bit. However it was delivered before Christmas (just) so happy in the end.

Jan 09,2025I spoke to one of your team re my concern about a metal rod - which had been standard on the two previous fires I had purchased was missing - it fixes along the top of the orange wall at rear concealing light bulbs and the flame is contained within. I would appreciate if this element was no longer necessary as over time it can rust and the orange casing to creak - that you will check this out and if an error in your part , please toward me the metal fixture Thank you

I placed my order and waited…the stove hadn’t arrived after quite a time so I rang up about it and was told there was a two week delay but I don’t remember being informed of this (apologies if I was). One top corner of the stove was a bit scuffed so I think it could have done with a bit more packing on the top , The stove is great though and I’m very pleased with it.

Jan 06,2025Very quick delivery with a lovely delivery driver. The Dimplex Bari free standing is amazing the remote is a Plus, when just light on it looks so realistic and not one sound. The heater is great with a button on the side you can set so the fire cuts on and off when at temperature. Best fire I’ve had and excellent service. 100% recommend.
