Dec 12,2024I am happy with the company but the eletric fire from Dimplex is not to a very good standard the brass surround on the fire has marks and imperfections. I would not recommend products from Dimplex.

Dec 11,2024I rang them with a query regarding two electric stoves, then ordered one online and chose a delivery date. The order was confirmed immediately, though I didn't receive a delivery slot. However, the courier sent me a 2 hour delivery slot on the day. We are very happy with our Dimplex opti-myst stove which looks very realistic. We only use the fan heater occasionally.
