Dec 04,2024Appauling & dreadful service - not worthy of any stars. Go to any of the other companies available. Having been offered & promised & guaranteed next day delivery by Daniel this did not happen. We had arranged & paid people to be here to help bring the Stove into the house. Eventually getting Johnny the manager on the phone he was unable to compensate us, nor actually listen to me, The Customer, even complaining that I would not listen to him & his excuses (after I had been listening to Daniel’s excuses for 10 minutes). Johnny said the “guarantee“ was not really a guarantee if we had taken time to read the terms and conditions on the website. I had spoken twice to Daniel to query the “next day delivery”. Perhaps a “ there is the smallest possibility that it might not happen“ should be added in the verbal communications. I should have checked these reviews which show people have obviously had similar issues! Clearly this will have to be reported to the Trading Standards.

Dec 02,2024The price was good along with the delivery time. On arrival, the packaging must have got damp, so it would have been difficult to send the item back if needed. Minor damage to the brass front, but not enough to send the fire back. All works very well.
