Nov 30,2024Fast efficient service. Unfortunately the log bed was damaged on arrival, presumably this happened in transit. An email to customers online service was dealt with same day and a replacement arranged and delivered. The test of a good online retailer is how they deal with problems if they arise. This company cannot be faulted.

Nov 29,2024I ordered our stove online which said 7-10 days delivery on their website. I also ordered fuel for the fire at the same time which seemed easy enough. The problems came during the delivery phase. I called after about 4 days of ordering to see if there were any delivery details and was told it wasn't in stock but should be due at the end of the week. I then called today on Friday the 29th to see if there was an update only to be told there has been a delay and they don't know when they will be getting any stock in. Their website now says delivery in 4-6 weeks. To add insult to injury, Stovesareus sent us the fuel without telling us they were sending it which was a surprise. We only ordered this (although we could have got it cheaper elsewhere) because we expected the fire to come with the fuel. I certainly wouldn't entertain using a company that cannot communicate with customers about deliveries or delays and requires the customer to chase them. Very poor
