Aug 18,2024When I placed my order I had a call from StovesAreUs to say the fire I had ordered was from a new supplier they were using. They were keen to know we were happy with the delivery arrangements, delivery drivers and obviously the goods we had purchased. They really wanted to make sure we were happy not only with our purchase but with the whole experience. I have not received that kind of customer service for a long time!

Aug 17,2024I purchased a Traegar Ironwood 650 BBQ from StovesAreUS as they offered a with Free Cover with it. I received the BBQ however the free cover has still not been received weeks after the purchase. I have called the company three times and was initiallly informed that the issue related to an incorrect SKU number and that they would resolve the matter. However this has still not been resolved over 6 weeks after the invoice date
