Not only was the stove £100 cheaper than anywhere else I could find it, the customer service was superb when I needed to pause the delivery due to renovation work delay (thanks Daniel) and when I requested delivery again, the stove was at my house, exactly when they said it would be! The Palletline delivery call centre phoned to confirm my details the day before and the delivery driver phoned an hour before arriving and was really helpfull and patient while I quickly checked the stove. As someone who lives in the Highlands & Islands, StovesAreUs and their partnership with Palletline delivery are an excellent service to be relied upon. Thanks!

I found the oven I wanted at a good price on their website and placed my order but then realised I’d ordered the wrong one (yes, I know, I know). I rang them and almost immediately spoke to a lovely, helpful lady who talked me through what I’d ordered and the pros and cons vs the one I intended to buy. I decided to go with the one I’d actually ordered ( which turned out to be the right choice). Was told it would be delivered in a few working days but arrived the very next day. Superb!

Aug 15,2024Just made enquiries with regards to purchasing a new gas fire and all three members of the team that I spoke to were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help. Unfortunately the fire that I was after was not available at this time, but I will have no hesitation to call back in September to order the fire when it is in stock.
