Aug 25,2024Our Dimplex electric fire in white "mantel piece" surround arrived on chosen delivery date, was well packed and easy to assemble. However it was very heavy and comes on a pallet that is left outside in the garden, not brought indoors (only a single delivery.man not allowed to do more). At 55 kilos it would have been noce to have been warned before placing the order that assistance would be required.

Aug 24,2024Great service, had to change delivery due to hospital appointment that was easy, the delivery could have been a problem as got big granite drive but worked with delivery driver who could only park on road we run lengths of timber from tail lift to garage so he ran pallet truck to garage sorted, woodburner now installed and ready for winter
