Simon Stevens was the person installing my smart meter today. He called prior to ensure I was still available and arrived when he said he would. He explained everything clearly and advised of the timescale of the installation and everything he needed access to. The job was completed within the timescale and everything put back as it was so you wouldn't know the meter had been changed. Couldn't ask for more.

The Providor operator, Chiz, turned up on time and well prepared for the task. With excellent communications skills he explained exactly what was going to be done and what our part in it was. The task was carried out efficiently and without fuss. His explanation of the In Home display was very clear and we are confident about how to use it. He finished off by pointing out where to find additional support from Octopus if required and ended up by taking away all the rubbish. All in all a first class customer experience. Would thoroughly recommend Octopus to potential new customers.

The engineer Liam Andrew arrived at my house after giving me notice he was going to arrive. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained what would be happening during his visit. The work was done quickly and smoothly. He showed me how to work the smart meter and then took time to answer all of my questions.

Lovely engineer called Chiz, very friendly and knowledgeable. Got the job done quickly. Gave lots of advise and forwarded notes to energy company as I need to organise another call out to resolve an issue.

Andrew Bowden from Cornwall came to our house today to replace the electricity smart meter on behalf of Octopus Energy. The meter is outside and it was raining very hard. Andrew was undeterred and simply set about replacing the meter. He then explained everything to me clearly and made sure I understood. I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendly manner. A credit to the company he works for.

Just had an engineer from octopus out to install a smart meter. Liam was fantastic! Very pleasant, very helpful, phoned ahead and talked us through the whole process. If Liam indicative of the work ethos and training, I am really glad we have switched to Octopus!

Liam Andrew attended my property on 03/05/2024 on behalf of Octopus energy. Liam was very proffesional in the way he conducted himself and explained everything he was doing to fix the issue I had with my electric smart meter. Liam is a credit to Providor Limited and I was very satisfied with the service received.

The engineer, Jomy Thomas, did a great job. He was cheerful and completed the change of both meters very efficiently and! relit our gas boiler which I expected to have to do!! Many thanks Providor and Jomy!
