After 10months of issues with my gas meter he was the first one to actually do something more than just look at it and say head office need to sort it! Although there are still a couple of ongoing issues. He did everything he could possibly do to fix it and was very friendly. Thank you

Apr 29,2024Simon arrived within the scheduled time, assessed the old (smart) meters advised us that although his attendance was scheduled via Octopus to replace a meter sending wrong readings, the old (smart) gas meter would need upgraded to send correct readings. The job was completed within one and a half hours with no installation problems and details of the use of the new smart meter sent to us.

Apr 27,2024The installer Warren Wright did an outstanding installation of our new electric and gas smart meter. Not only installing the new meter devices but also streamlining and improving the organisation of the connected wiring and piping. The whole meter area is now vastly improved. He was very diligent in ensuring that our boiler system and heating reconnected after the installation, checking for any air in the system and not leaving until it was resolved. Beyond the core work Warren was also punctual, courteous, flexible in working in a busy family home once the children were back from school and a great communicator in explaining the new set up. Thank you so much.

Apr 26,2024We had tried unsuccessfully on 3 occasions to have a Smart Meter installed. We eventually got another appointment, and James Forde an engineer from the above Company arrived to fit the meter. Mr Forde as well as being very friendly and taking time to explain what might happen, or could go wrong then went on to carry out a a problem free installation, which works. I cannot recommend him and his organisation enough. Thank you.
