Apr 05,2024James Forde was First Class. He called to tell me what time of arrival, introduced himself and explained in plain English what was to happen. He made sure everything were switched off, then proceeded to install the new gas SMETS 2 meter. He explained how to use the meter. James ensured all appliances and systems were working before he left. Very happy with his first class service.
