We had a visit today from Martin Adamson for on going problems with our smart meters. Both gas and electricity had been unresponsive some time since a switch of providers. Martin was very knowledgeable and patient, he took time to explain the problem to us and eventually ended up replacing both gas and electric meters. Thank you Martin after at least two years of complaining to my old provider I now have a functioning smart meter.

I had a pre-paymeent card meter that said all of a sudden 'call for help' but this was a con, a deceit. I think they sent that message, so they could fit a smart type meter, against my wishes. EDF know full well, I do not want those 'devil boxes' in my home. Yet they didn't tell me it wouldn't be a 'like for like.' Now, I have to report this to my local and Scottish govt MP. It is breach of contract and I do not want 'that' devil box meter attached to my name and forced onto bills, against my will. EDF will 'reap the whirlwind' for this and OFGEM and govt debts will soon know of their sneaky deceptions. I have to go chasing THEM to get a pre-payment meter back. But, they have lost my business, due to their deceit. I will scream it loud and far. Sneaky, dirty...
He came and he was very quick work in and tried explaining how it works sending me the info on how to use new info. Thanks
The engineer, Jomy Thomas was very efficient and polite whilst attending our property. He explained how to use the Smart Meter which is functioning satisfactory. We are pleased with the service.
We have been having issues with our energy meters - the engineer Simon Thomas was polite, quick and helpful. He talked me through what he was doing, keeping it clear and concise. Looks like everything is now fixed, so I'm a happy customer.

Pre visit, very good communication about arrival time. Jack Smith was friendly, professional and helpful, explaining the task to be completed, and the estimated timescale. He kept us informed of each step, and on conclusion of the job, explained what to expect of the newly installed smart meter. Very impressed.
