Feb 29,2024Michael Normington came to fit my smart gas meter yesterday. He was super, very friendly & helpful. He gave me a call the day before the installation to give me a time slot & arrived on time, he even came round to check the meter position the day before so that I could fix the hedge that was overhanging the meter so he would be able to get the job completed rather than having to reschedule. 5* service that! Nice quick and tidy installation. Thanks so much!!

Feb 28,2024Received a reminder from Scottish Power several days prior. Nathan Davies was my engineer today. He telephoned me when he was on his way to give an accurate arrival time. My electric meter was changed and he left me a smart meter reader and explained how to use it. He was very polite and efficient. Excellent service.
