Mar 12,2024I had a problem with my smart meter. My energy provider sent an engineer called Liam Andrew out to have a look at what the issue was. Liam made contact with me and visited the property within 24 hours of me reporting the issue. The problem was fixed at this visit. Liam was very knowledgeable and informed me what he was doing and why. As this was a problem affecting my e7 storage heaters Liam obviously had to leave before the heaters charged overnight. He contacted me the following day to make sure everything was working properly. Liam was very professional and polite throughout. Highly recommended.

He kept me informed before the appointment and on the day of what time I could expect him and when he arrived he was the politest and most courteous person Iv encountered in a long time. He definitely went over and above (as a little hob cleaning was needed on initial check) 😁 Chiz is definitely a credit to octopus energy, and left a really positive impression- thank you!
