Sep 30,2022I wanted an ebike to do the school run with my kid. Matt at surge bikes, let my wife and I try a number of bikes at their shop. This was extremely valuable as we are not experienced cyclers and we got to get the feel of the various bikes. We ended up buying a Tern. Surge bikes work with the cycle to work scheme and helped us in the process purchasing it as such. The bike is great uphill and easy to get comfortable with.

Sep 28,2022Bought my HSD P9 Performance from Surge a little over a month ago. The bike has been brilliant and has genuinely changed my commuting life. The service from Surge was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for better communication, they were helpful and knowledgeable from the start to the end. I live in Scotland and couldn’t source this particular bike so looked to Surge to help. I was a bit apprehensive about how the bike would be when it arrived from so far and if I could manage to put it all together but I needed have worried, it was packed so incredibly well, I feel it could have survived a hurricane! The delivery guy was excellent and it was a very simple process to to put together and add all the accessories I got with my surge bonus, which I think is the best electric bike bonus out there. Thank you Surge, have recommended to anyone who will listen!

Sep 12,2022Excellent communications and very warm and friendly when I went to pick up the bike. My bike knowledge is limited but the team explained everything brilliantly. Surge Boost is amazing, and meant I was able to fully equip my bike with everything I need to carry my toddler on the back. They even helped me get an extra accessory shipped for a big discount a few weeks after the sale. Can't recommend them enough if you are in the area (I travelled from West London as no one nearby had my bike in stock, and I'm glad I did).

When I collected the bike the guys in the store were great and really friendly and took the time to set up the bike for me and show me how the settings etc work. I'm absolutely thrilled with my Orbea Rise H15. It's perfect for me and I'll certainly recommend surge bikes to anyone.

Matt provided great support in this respect from the first enquiry to the delivery of the bike, add in the Surge bonus and you will be hard pressed to find better service anywhere else.

Jul 28,2022Ordered my Riese Müller ebike from Surge bikes after comparing their offer with local suppliers. I got a very good price and 10% of the bikes value in accessories which I would otherwise have had to pay for. Matt and Michael answered all my emails efficiently with plenty of helpful detail. I was concerned that my bike might get damaged in transit as it had to come to Jersey by sea. After arriving at Surge bikes in UK from Germany, it was tested and wrapped in several acres of bubble wrap inside a protective box and then attached firmly to a pallet. It arrived without a scratch! Attaching the handlebars and pedals was a cinch, then the bike was ready to go. My particular bike was delivered on time. Matt told me the expected production date and kept me informed when it arrived with them, and when it was dispatched to me. All in all a first class experience.

Initially because the price quoted on line was the best we had seen anywhere, but the communication we had with the company before travelling was great, they even phoned us to tell us that one of the sale bikes we were interested in had been sold, giving us the option not to go. We are so pleased that we did ! We bought 2 e-bikes which we are really pleased with. The assistance we got before and on the day was fantastic, no sales pitch, just good honest help and advice.
