The customisation tool was very easy to use, and the appearance in person matched exactly what was presented online. I ordered express delivery (as it was short-notice leaving gift for a colleague) and the product was completed and in my hands within a day and a half of purchasing. Very quick, easy, and accurate service. I recommend without hesitation.

Jun 26,2022Found them doing a Google search for a Swiss Army knife to replace a lost item. Their prices are the best I could find and an order was made. I realised that there was something else I could have and the next day I rang to see if I could amend the order. This was done without any fuss and did not impact on the delivery which was to be honest very quick. I would not hesitate in my recommendation of these people based on my recent experience and would without doubt use their services again.
