Oct 09,2021Am so glad that I didn’t look for reviews on this site before I placed an order with them (Swisstool) other wise I probably wouldn’t have bought from them as there were other options. I was looking to get a personalised SAK for my sons 18th. First choice was looking on the actual Victotinox website, but I then found 2 other uk sites that offered the SAK I wanted with personalisation. I did Um an arr for a couple of days but decided to go with this website partly due to the cheaper knives and cost and the amount of fonts available to choose from (Victorinox x2 the other x5 - Swisstool may have well have been a MS Word document :-) ) but it would have been nice to have more than one Colour. I also decided to order an additional SAK ranger in green for myself. Order placed and within a few days it arrived. Unfortunately on opening it they had personalised the green ranger and not the red huntsman. Order clearly stated requirements. I searched their website and found the number but as it was before 10am I needed to wait a bit. Around 10:30 I called and within 2 rings it was answered. They were more than apologetic, helpful and friendly and offered to sort the problem ASAP. Any way to cut this long story short, 2 days later I had the correct order (+an additional alox I decided to also order) and a SAE to return the wrong order. In my experience (all being limited) with them they were fantastic and I would definitely order from them again and have plans to. And no I am not affiliated with them at all. In the same week I also placed an order from Victorinox (their service has also been second to none but communication could have been a bit quicker) and onbuy.com who messed up my order and on writing this am still trying to contact them although the secondary company have now responded to me after I contacted them directly. But I would rate SwissTool a good 4 to 4.5 stars out of 5 (only really losing a bit from their original mess up) but as I can’t do 1/2 reviews I have given 5 stars.

Oct 05,2021I came upon this company as a complete act of serendipity and couldn't be more pleased with their performance. I have kept a small Swiss Army pocket knife (scissors, nailfile & blade) in my pocket for many years. I'm on my second example as I managed to bend the blade and lose the toothpick of my first. A few days ago I managed to lose the toothpick of this knife (and broke the one on my utility knife). Imagine my surprise, and delight, to find Swisstool as a result of my, frankly pesimistic, google search. I found the website very easy to navigate (I'm well into my 60's), the prices very reasonable, ordered my replacements really easily, and they were here by the next post! Well done.

Sep 20,2021Having looked around a fair bit for the perfect Swiss Army knife for my son I was happy to find a huge range at Swisstool for very competitive prices. Since the personalisation was so cheap and the knife was a gift I thought I'd give it a go and was quite surprised at the variety of fonts and level of customisation that was available. I also chose the giftbox and microfibre bag combination. The Fieldmaster knife in red can not be faulted...and it looks amazing presented in the gift box. I just know he will be blown away by the engraving too. My only niggle is some slight abrasion around some of the lettering, but honestly you have to be looking pretty hard to notice and I am extremely picky about details. Even so, I would only knock it down a quarter of a star for that and I'm pretty sure all other services would be the same.... They don't really say on the website (that I could find anyway!!) what process is used for the personalisation, and I was worried it might just be transfers that easily wore off. It's not! It has a slight profile to it but feels like removing it would take a lot of effort, so I expect it to be hard wearing. The turn around from order to delivery was also super quick. I would imagine that during the holidays it could get a little busier and it may be worth paying for the express service if you are in a hurry. But I went for the standard UK delivery which was free. I placed my order on a Thursday evening (about 11pm) and the knife arrived on the Monday. I would certainly go back for more gifts in the future...a great store! Thanks

Sep 13,2021I shopped around on the internet for a company direct who supply these items. All I needed was the toothpick for my mini knife however many describe the mini toothpick as the one for the small knife and not the mini. This company provide a through description including the 10mm shorter pick for my knife. Free postage was included with the item which arrived within three days. Excellent service and well done for being so helpful without having to query further. Regards. Dave

Aug 07,2021Do not buy from this company. Their website may look decent which is what tricked me but it is a scam. I ordered a Swiss Army Knife and it never came. They ignored my emails and I have been in contact with Trading Standards. They essentially robbed me of £25. Do not buy from them ever! Read these reviews!
