Although I received an e-mail stating delivery, the goods (2 small knives) had not been delivered. I repeatedly tried to call them and contact them through their website. To little no-avail. They did eventually refund me
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I really wish I had read the reviews before putting through my order, I would never recommend them to anyone!! Website looks really good, lots of information and the product I wanted to order was much lower than a lot of competitors, plus, it was free delivery. So, I went ahead and put the order through. Initially everything seemed ok. Received confirmation of order, and that order had been dispatched. After this, is where the problems started. Did not receive order in the allotted time that they state on their website? After 9 days: started to make enquiries • Tried contacting them numerous times by phone – it rings and changes to engaged tone? • Tried contacting them using their contact us form on their website – received no response? • Tried contacting their order department by email - received no response? • Tried contacting their support team by email - still received no response? The Citizens Advice Bureau advised me to send a letter to their registered address. • Sent a written letter, giving them a time limit to respond, and sent it by registered post. The letter was received and signed for – but still received no response? I tried everything I could to get in contact with this company! The money had been taken, but they have not fulfilled the order. I was very patient, and gave them ample time to respond to my communications. It is just unbelievable that a company can choose to ignore customers, and not try to rectify the problem? After reading other reviews, I can see that other people have experienced the same issue as me. Luckily, I managed to get my money refunded by the credit card company, which I have never had to do before. My advice, if you are thinking of using this company is “DON’T!!!”
Knife came within 3 days and really pleased with it.
They are an authorised stockist and their prices are less than Victorinox site. I have bought several knives from them and years ago their service was good. However in recent years their customer service has really gone down hill. They never reply to emails and the phone is either disconnected or off the hook (permanent engaged tone) so if you have a query good luck there. You do normally get your knife within a few weeks at most and they sell the genuine article at a good price so will continue to use them.... for now but guys stop squandering precious goodwill and treat your customers with a bit more respect and actually reply to them.Victorinox is built on customer service so no doubt if they heard about this they would be upset. If you do get a faulty product or not what you ordered/ non personalisation I suggest you contact Victorinox UK importer Burton McCall Customer Service. They are excellent and aware of this firm’s now poor customer service. I sent a return back to these guys asking for another (due to a rare dodgy spring) and heard nothing for weeks. A call to Burton McCall sorted it (they said they would chase) and I got the replacement a few days later. The number is 0116 234 4646. They do pick up the phone and give you proper Victorinox standards of service.

Very nice website. But for me and many others, it seems, that alluring charm was lost fairly quickly. I ordered two SAKs with plus scales (which they call “ultra”). Paid for express delivery which is quoted to be “guaranteed next day”. Whether that is supposed to mean that the items should arrive they next day, or that they guarantee they will pop it in the post the next day is not stipulated. Regardless, they never arrived. Eventually, their “tracking page” (which you can access via your order confirmation) showed that my orders had been “completed”. Again, no reference to what “completed” meant: -The person who sees the orders update page pressed the “go” button? -The folks at the warehouse got the thumbs up from the person who pressed the “go” button? -The person who swaps the factory scales for plus scales has completed their work and clocked out? -The postman has picked up the order? -The order has been packaged and put in the postbox but the postman’s whereabouts are unbeknownst? -Sarah lost her hat on the way to work? -Everything is “complete” and I am living in a dream world because in reality the item actually arrived and it’s in my hand if only I could wake up and open my eyes? No. Just “completed”. So I email them and ask what is actually happening. I also ask for the extra I paid for express delivery to be refunded, should the order already be in transit. No reply. I look here to trustpilot and see a slew of negative reviews and my heart drops. So I call them and someone actually answers! It’s not a scam run by China. (No offence, China, I love you. I’m part Chinese. No really, I actually am) The chap is pleasant and well meaning. He says he’ll “check” what happened and call me back. No call back. I call again and he says he’s still trying to find out what happened and find a tracking number for me. Eventually we speak again, and it appears that NOTHING has happened despite it being 9 days since the order was placed. He says he doesn’t know what happened and he’ll have to re-do the order. At which point, it’s too late, my patience is lost, I’m about to go overseas, so I tell him to cancel the whole thing and refund me. He abides, reassuring that I will be refunded within 5 working days and that I will receive notice of said refund. More than a week goes by. No refund. No email. I email again. No reply. I call, and the same chap answers. He says he’ll “check” and call me back. He finds out I’m overseas and asks if I can call him. I say no, and that he can call ME back on my Swedish number. No call. But alas, an email reassuring me of a refund. It hasn’t gone the 5 working days yet (why it would take so long I have NO idea) so time will tell if Lebowski actually pays me my money back. DO NOT use this company. Pay more to someone else if need be. It is unclear what kind of operation is being run or how it can continue to function like it does. Is it just a fancy website and one guy who has no stock of Victorinox SAKs who never checks his emails? Or are there actually people in a warehouse or storage locker who are completely hopeless? Is it bad management? Or is this a company (too cheap to make an overseas call) relying on the fact that a percentage of people will just let it slide cus trying to get a refund is a hassle and they will get to keep SOME money for nothing (which is probably AGAINST THE LAW)? It’s either a shambles or a scam. Everything is very unclear, and very untrustworthy. So i advise NOT to pilot your trust towards SwissTool dot co dot uk

Ordered a Swiss Army knife at a good price on Saturday 15th, knife arrived on the 19th. Great service.
I should have read nthe reviews before ordering and, if I had, I probably wouldn't have made the order. However, I did order on 2nd January and recieved immediate acknowledgment of the order. Then nothing so I wrote a polite 'email' (10th Jan) using the business's webpage asking whether there was a problem. No response so I wrote a stronger message on 12th Jan asking for a response by 17th and, to my surprise, received a despatch conformation by email on 14th Jan. On 17th Jan, I received the knife which I am very pleased with. It is clearly brand new and made by Victorinox. I cannot award 5 stars because of the delay in delivery but do seem to have been luckier than many here in that I did get my knife. So 4 stars. I think ther business needs to read these reviews and improve its communications. Maybe may chasing up with a stronger messgae did the trick.
Placed order on 3 January and paid extra for expedited shipping in 1-2 days as item was for a birthday gift. As other reviewers state, I didn’t receive the order. I emailed twice requesting they look into where my order was but did not receive a response to either. I requested a refund of the expedited shipping cost but again, no response. Avoid this Company at all costs!
Placed an order on the 29th December i have not received it yet. Appalling customer service, no response to email or phone calls. Feel like I have been scammed. I will report this to trading standards.
Wish I’d have gone to trustpilot first, same as everyone else on here ordered victorinox compact on 2nd jan have emailed and called no reply, luckily I paid with credit card I’ve just phoned them & they said I have to wait 17 days if nothing arrives I will get a full refund, they have also cancelled my card as he told me they could use it again

Order taken and paid for through their flash looking 'Victorinox Approved UK Stockist' website two weeks ago. Order showing on my online account as processed and I paid for the rapid delivery. Nothing received after submitting several contact us forms on their website, emails and phone calls that just ring off the hook! Reported to trading standards and going through refund application with my bank now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! The company director ' MOOSAVI HAMID' has had 13 Company Director appointments and this is the only one still active!
I love the Swiss army knife!!! It's super useful and it's got everything a person needs! The blades are razor sharp, perfect for cutting into any surface. It has also got amazing side tools that work perfectly. The design is precise and smoothly made. Overall I think the Swiss army knife is an amazing tool and I would highly recommend it to anyone asking about it.
It’s a scam! All positive reviews are fake, if you don’t believe me try calling them.
