May 02,2022Swisstool provided an excellent service. The only element of my “climber” Swiss Army knife that needed to be replaced after some 15 years of use was the return spring unit of the scissors. I ordered a replacement on the swisstool web site and the spare part arrived a few days later. A fine example of how online shopping should work.

May 02,2022I've ordered several Swiss Army Knives from this store over the two to three years (Expanding the collection of Black Scaled SAK's) and I've always received very good service. The item was personalised exactly as requested (which is in fairness a somewhat unique service) and the item was ordered on a Friday and delivered the following Wednesday - no complaints at all. My only comment on the order process would be that there was no indication of despatch but this is a minor thing. I would not hesitate to recommend this store.
