I ordered a present for my dad from here then saw the reviews people had left and i thought I wouldn't get it... But I was wrong ordered it Sunday came Wednesday all boxed and a bag like I asked so it was a nice relief. So I don't know what happened with the other people's but I'm 100% happy thanks. 👍👍

I placed an order in January and like other reviews they sent a confirmation email and took payment striking the away but never sent the goods. I tried several times to call the number on the order confirmation and nobody answers, neither have I had any response from any emails I’ve sent them. Complete fraud. Have contacted my bank to reclaim the cost and investigate for fraud
Further to my review on 27th March 2021. My first order for a single item on 11th February arrived in 10 days. 6 Items ordered on 24th February 2021 have still not arrived (43 days and counting). Since my confirmation email on 24th February 2021, I have not received any communication from Swisstool UK. I have made multiple attempts at contact. I paid for orders I made from this company using credit cards, via SAGE Pay which I was guided to via the Swisstool web site payment page. Details from both cards I used in my purchases from Swisstool were used in credit card fraud at the end of February and early March 2021. One can speculate as to reasons for poor service and use excuse from these disconcerting Pandemic times. One can also speculate on the assumption that this company with its attractive professional website is really run from someone’s back room and onward ordering it’s advertised items and engraving services. I would comment that during these times I have received goods in a timely manner from Europe and the USA as well as other on line purchases from UK based companies. In light of the fact that the company address on the Swisstool web site appears to be a lie I am attempting no further communication with this company. Regarding the goods I have not received I have instructed the relevant credit card company to commence charge back procedure. As with other reviewers (19th and 21st February 2021) I will he contacting trading standards. I am ashamed to admit to having been fooled by this company’s web site. Had I the sense to have researched on line, in particular Trustpilot, I would have avoided this dishonesty and not have ordered from Swisstool UK.
Can not recommend this company at all. They took the money from my account and then refused to respond to any emails chasing delivery. 3 months later and still no knife. As mentioned in other reviews I have instructed my bank and also emailed Victorinox to see if they can help. I’m sorry if this company is struggling due to Covid but there is no excuse when they can take the money but not send a message or refund.
I would like to award minus stars however 1 is the minimum possible. An earlier order for a single item was received. I placed a substantial 2nd order for 6 items on 24th of February 2021. All of the items were listed available and next day delivery was implied for each item. As of today no items received. Payment was taken immediately. No reply to my multiple emails. No phone number available. Listed company address on this company’s Web Site is in fact a Tesco Retail Outlet. Both credit cards which I used to make my purchases have been used for fraud by person or persons unknown from the same postal area as this company’s bogus address. AVOID do not be taken in as I was by the professional website.
Purchased a drill machine and a hammer from here, products are well-quality made of irons. Price is also reasonable. Thanks.
Further to my previous review (last December), I contacted my bank and they instigated a 'clawback' process (not quite the right name, but your bank will know...), and I successfully received my money back. The company has 3 months to appeal against this, but Swisstool obviously hasn't. So maybe worth talking to your bank about non-deliveries...good luck!
Like so many others on here my experience of Swisstool is the same but with a slightly happier ending. Money was taken straight away and an automatic email received to say my order was being processed. Nothing for several weeks so I contacted them using their online form but got no response. After several failed attempts I contacted Victorinox direct and within 48hrs it had been passed to Burton McCall who I assume is the company responsible for UK distribution. I received a very nice email from their Managing Director saying she would contact the owner and ask him to provide an update. 90 minutes later I received an automated email from Swisstool to say my order had been refunded. I would have preferred the item but at least I can order it again from a more reputable company.
Like other reviews on here, I made an order but the item never arrived; I've been waiting 2 months so far. No reply to emails.
Ordered a knife 6 weeks ago...crickets!!!! No communication. Money has been taken and we have received no product. Appalling customer service!. We received an email the day after ordering to say our order had been processed and nothing since then. If the company is behind due to the Covid 19, the least they could do is to email updates about the order.
Very poor experience..item ordered,money taken on the day of order. Then nothing, for over a month. No response to my chasing the order (order # ST110496882) 6 weeks later I haven't heard anything. Cancelling order informed credit card company. These are Covid times but someone on their sofa could have acknowledged my follow ups
I first used Swiss Tool in April 2017 to buy 2 engraved Handyman knives. Both were perfect and arrived within the specified 7-10 working days. One year later in May 2018 I purchased one more engraved Handyman knife which was also delivered on time and of excellent quality. Having not read any reviews about the company, as my experience had always been positive, I ordered another engraved Handyman knife on 29th January 2021 as a 21st birthday present for a friend. This time the experience was very different. The knife did not arrive within the 7-10 working days. Another week went by and as my friend's birthday was fast approaching I tried phoning the company. I must have phoned 11 or 12 times and emailed 5 or 6 times but neither calls or emails were answered. Eventually, having finally read what other people had said in their reviews, I emailed them and said that if I did not hear from them within 10 working days I would instruct my bank to do a charge back. I had paid with a Mastercard credit card and a charge back is a very straightforward process that only takes minutes. However exactly 9 days after my email and one day before the deadline expired the knife arrived. As on the previous two occasions it was perfect. The engraving work was first class. I ordered the knife on 29th January and it arrived today, 11th March. So 6 weeks. Anyone waiting for an order to arrive I would suggest emailing them and give them 10 working days to reply, as I did. Their customer service is truly appalling, but their product is both excellent value and quality. Would I use them again?........too early to give that one a definitive answer. But if I did I would order at least 2 months in advance!
My friend purchased a Tinker Deluxe for my 50th. As he'd asked what I would like it didn't come as a surprise to receive it. What did surprise me though was the fact he'd had it engraved for me, which has been carried out to a high standard. Not knowing when he ordered it I can't comment on delivery times, but it was received in perfect condition in a gift box. I, therefore have given a 5 star review based on these facts. I would recommend and certainly use Swisstool for any further personal SAK purchases.

Ordered a swiss army knife. Paid extra for next day delivery. This has been months now. Still no knife, sent several emails. No contact made. Basically took my money and never sent the product or even contacted to discuss. Do not use!
The delivery time is a lot longer than they say on their pre covid website. but suspect a lot of these reviews were made by anxious customers who havent received their product at time of writing. It did take 5 weeks to arrive but i have my handyman knife. This is marked down price from RRP so the fact it has a couple of scratches on the scale is not an issue as these are replaced free via the SAK website anyway. for a reduced price knife that you do not need in a hurry i say go for it.
Ordered a pen knife but I ordered the wrong one by mistake. I cancelled it immediately but they still took the money and posted the item. Now they won't reply to emails and contacts page on website does not work. On Swisstool website they claim 4.8 stars yet on actual trustpilot 2.2 - says it all. Wish I had checked reviews before purchase. Later found out you can get the same penknifes for the same money with personalised engraving direct from victorinox.
I am afraid to say that I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing an inscribed Swiss Army penknife for my godson's birthday.. I wish I had. As with others, my money was instantly taken and a professional looking confirmation was emailed to me. On the website it stated delivery in less than a week. It's been 27 days and no sign of it. No response from numerous emails I've sent, and no reply on their phone no, no matter what time of day I rang.I will give it two more days then start to request a refund from my credit card and start an investigation. Missed my Godson's birthday and very disappointed about that. What a terrible mistake. Awful company, if you can call it that.

Apr 30,2021I ordered a swiss army knife from them. It came but the box was damaged and a pin was missing from the knife. I returned the knife for a full refund. I emailed them and called them but they did not answer or reply. Not sure why as I used their contact details. I told them if they don't reply I will raise a dispute with my credit card company. That is what I have done.
