Aug 02,2015Ordered a victorinox skipper. Really easy to find on the website. Ordering was quick and efficient. Received an email confirming my order and received another the following day informing me the knife had been despatched. The item arrived safely and adaquately packed within a couple of days. It is a very well made knife and is much lighter than I thought it would be. All in all great service and I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of purchasing from them. First time for me as I usually buy my gear from ebay. I have been a member of ebay since 2003 and I have nearly 500 feedback so I feel qualified in judging good service when I get it.

Jun 02,2015Had read the reviews, but as always should be taken with a pinch of salt! I took the risk, and everything worked out fine. There is a lack of communication, certainly, which would be difficult when things go wrong, but luckily they didn't. I don't understand why you are asked to set up an account, but there is nowhere to log in!! Anyway, it's not all that bad...

Nov 18,2014I wish I had read the reviews first! Ripped off like most others. Ordered, they took money straight away. No item. No response to emails. No phone number, and believe me, I trawled the internet looking for one. Have now reported to Action Fraud and I have a crime number. Have also gone to my bank to try and dispute the payment. We will see what happens. But, be warned people. Stay away from them.

SENT SWISSTOOL AN EMAIL WHICH STILL REMAINS UNANSWERED 2ND ORDER WAS RECEIVED IN 2 DAYS BUT PADDED ENVELOPE WAS RIPPED DURING POSTAGE & HALF THE ORDER WAS MISSING. SENT SWISSTOOL A 2ND EMAIL WHICH STILL REMAINS UNANSWERED SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE. LACK OF ANY CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE SHOULD HAVE RUNG ALARM BELLS! DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Aug 27,2014Dreadful company to deal with. Ordered and nothing ever came. Emailed every one of their contacts several times and no one responded. Ended up having to go through fraud section of bank to get refund. Avoid this company and buy from [external reference] instead.
